- 1 cup water

- Cut the mangoes in cube sizes.
- Roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds and red chilli for 1-2 minute and make the powder of it.
- Heat a pan and add half of the oil and fry the mangoes by adding half of the salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder till the colour changed in medium flame and keep them aside.
- In the same pan put rest of the oil and then add Hing and punch photon in it.
