  1. Peel the raw mango and cut off the pulp from it using a knife. Discard the seeds. Let us now boil the pulp. For this take a vessel and drop the pulp to it. Followed by 2 cup water. Let the pulp simmer until it gets soft. Cover it so that the pulp gets tender quickly.
  2. After 10 min turn off the flame and take off vessel and place it side. Let the pulp cool down. When the pulp cool down place the pulp into the mixture jar. Followed by sugar, mint leaf. Now finely grind the ingredients.
  3. After grinding the pulp, pass it through a sieve. Now we will add 7 more cup water into it. Discard the left over fiber of mango on the sieve. Add 5 more cup water. Now add black salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds and mix everything very well. Now 2 litres mango panna is ready. Serve it chilled.
