  1. For kachori and Puri
  2. Knead atta with oil ajwain and water in soft dough
  3. Mash boiled potatoes add ajwain, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, anardana, salt and green coriander leaves mix all
  4. Make small portion and put the mixture into it and make it like small Puri and fry in oil
  5. For raita
  6. Take dahi and add all masala bit of sugar too and boondi mix well
  7. For tadka take oil, put Rai and little red chilli powder add in the raita
  8. For Amla
  9. Cut Amla in small pieces, take oil in kadai put jeera, hing, amla add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt mix all and cover it for 10-15 minutes.Once it becomes soft put saunf and mix well
  10. For raw mango petha
  11. Cut petha in small pieces, take oil in kadai put methi daana, hing,onion saute till golden brown add petha dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt mix all and cover it for 10-15 minutes and then add raw mango pieces and bit of sugar cover again and let it cook
  12. Garnish with fresh chopped green coriander leaves
  13. For appetizer
  14. Cut thin slices of ginger, turmeric and green chillies put salt and lemon juice mix well
  15. For launji
  16. In cooker put oil jeera hing and pieces of raw mango add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt water mix all and give 2 whistle. Put chopped Gur as per taste and saunf and mix well and cook till Gur dissolves in it
